These terms apply when you use this website, create an account, order a package or contact us. By using the site you agree to them.
We design and build websites and Discord bots. Packages are listed on the Store page. Some packages are free and some are paid. Free packages are given at checkout without payment. Paid packages are paid by UPI.
You add packages to your cart and place the order at checkout. A paid order is confirmed only after you pay by UPI, upload the payment screenshot and enter the UTR number, and we check and approve the payment. Amounts shown are in Indian rupees (INR). The payment is made to the UPI ID shown on the order page.
You can cancel an order yourself from My orders as long as it has not been paid. Once a payment has been made, please contact us to cancel. If work has not started, we refund the amount paid. Once work has started, refunds are given only if we cannot deliver what was agreed. To ask for a refund, email us within 7 days of payment with your order ID. Free packages cannot be refunded because nothing was paid.
For packages you can claim online, the product appears on the product page once the order is marked as completed. Delivery times are shown on each service page, for example 3 to 7 days for Discord bots and 1 to 3 weeks for websites. For custom work, the timeline is agreed in writing before work starts.
For custom work we agree the scope, price, timeline and number of revisions in writing before any payment. What is not included in a package is listed on that package.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account. Give accurate information when you sign up. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Do not use the site or our products to break the law, spam, harass people, or attack or overload our systems. Do not try to access other people's orders, files or accounts.
Once a custom project is paid in full, the agreed work belongs to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Free and paid products are for your own use. Do not resell or redistribute them unless the package says you can.
We work carefully, but the site and products are provided as they are, without any promise of uninterrupted operation. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of India.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
When you create an account we store your email address. Your password is stored by our login provider as a secure hash, and we never see it. When you contact us we store your name, email, project details and message. When you order, we store the order details, the payment amount, the UTR number and the payment screenshot you upload.
Data is stored in a Supabase database and file storage in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Payment screenshots and product files are stored in private storage. Only you and our admin can open them.
We use your information to reply to your enquiries, manage your orders and payments, give you your product, send order-related emails, and protect the site from spam and abuse.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps your login session in your browser so you stay logged in. It also stores your cart and your light or dark theme choice in your browser. We count page views to understand which pages are useful. These counts are not linked to you, and we do not store your IP address in our database.
We use these services to run the site: Supabase (database, login and file storage), Resend (sending emails), jsDelivr (loads our JavaScript libraries), and Google Fonts (loads the typefaces). Payments are made in your own UPI app, so your bank details are never sent to us.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, or when the law requires it.
We keep account information while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes. Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and messages. Email us at vishwajeetkumar0047@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
The site is not meant for children under 18. If you are under 18, please use the site only with a parent or guardian.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
